Baryonyx Corporation was incorporated in the State of Texas in May 2009. The company was founded specifically to exploit the opportunities of meeting the power requirements of large scale data centers through renewable energy resources, principally that of wind power.
A provisional patent application for the Baryonyx Corp. ‘wind/data’ concept was filed earlier in the year and a full patent application is under preparation. The founding directors and senior officers of Baryonyx Corp. bring with them a wealth of experience and commercial success in both the development of wind farms and in the management of large scale data resources.
It is the marriage of these two otherwise disparate fields of knowledge and professional expertise that forms the underlying technical and commercial basis for the company.
