Graeme Walker

Graeme began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Edinburgh in 2002 originally in the Assurance and Advisory department. Following 3 years specializing in financial services institutions, he transferred to the Corporate Finance department where he was promoted to Manager and specialized in providing transaction support to Oil and Gas service companies in the North Sea.
In 2007 Graeme moved to the Bank of Scotland to help set up the Energy and Environmental Finance team in Edinburgh, originating and completing a number of project finance deals in the renewable energy market. In 2008 Graeme left Bank of Scotland to join Eclipse Energy as Associate Director of Finance and Project Development responsible for all aspects of financial control and assisting the CFO in attracting debt and equity finance for the Ormonde project. Following the successful sale of Eclipse Energy, Graeme left the company to help set up Baryonyx Corporation.
Graeme received his MA Honors degree in Spanish and Management from the University of St Andrews in 2002, a diploma in Empresariales & Filologia Española from the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao Spain in 2001, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (2005).
