Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Graeme is responsible for financial oversight across all workstreams, including fundraising, investor relations, management reporting as well as ensuring financial regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Baryonyx, Graeme was Associate Director of Finance and Project Development at Eclipse Energy where he was responsible for all aspects of financial control and assisting the CFO in attracting debt and equity finance for the Ormonde project.

Prior to Eclipse Energy, Graeme worked for Bank of Scotland helping establish the Energy and Environmental Finance team in Edinburgh, originating and completing a number of project finance deals in wind, solar and water desalination.

Graeme started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Edinburgh where he initially worked in the Financial Services division of the Assurance and Advisory practice before moving into Corporate Finance where he specialized in providing transaction support to Oil and Gas service companies in the North Sea.

Graeme received his MA Honors degree in Spanish and Management from the University of St Andrews. He also holds a diploma in Empresariales & Filologia Española from the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao Spain and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
