On the 14th of July 2009, the Texas GLO awarded Baryonyx Corp. three substantial wind energy leases totaling some 8,000 acres onshore and 38,000 acres offshore Texas , making Baryonyx Corp. one of the largest owners of such leases in the state. Subject to consents, Baryonyx Corp. intends to develop wind/data facilities in Dallam County, and within 3 to 5 years in the Gulf, via the two large-scale offshore projects..

- Onshore wind power generation project of circa. 150 MW - 50 x 3.3MW (energy absorbed by data-center & grid)
- Subsequent 2nd phase wind power generation project of 150 MW - 50 x 3.3MW (requires datacenter expansion or grid upgrade)
- Load factor 41% -Availability 95%
